VerbonZone — Personal operations file
Living notes for things used often and things that only matter once in a while.
Plain text on purpose: large type, one hop, easy for Grok Bot to read and append.
Live URL: https://verbonzone.com/ops.txt
Local copy (TradeMaster): C:\Users\jerry\AppData\Local\VerbonZone\ops.txt
Example images folder: https://verbonzone.com/ops-examples/
How to maintain
- Newest entries at the top (under INDEX, then ENTRIES).
- Keep each entry self-contained: what, where, when it matters, how to use it.
- Prefer paths and facts over long prose.
- Grok Bot appends when Verbon says “put this in ops” or when a rare path is worth
remembering. Verbon can edit the .txt anytime.

[2026-09-26] Resilience definition — index gaps / arbitrage

comes from levels + VWAP / VARIS (see 2026-09-23 “usual six” entry).
When to use
- Quick meaning of Resilience without rewatching a clip
- Pairing with Arb / gap-fill / half-gap reads
Notes
- Standing concept note, not a day-specific level.
- Filename of the shot is the definition itself (kebab-case).

[2026-09-25] Matt Liquidity Map — Zone Combination / Sandwich
Purpose
Matt said this Liquidity Map slide is the one for today: Zone Combination
Trades (aka Sandwich) using Bull Zone Bottom (BzB) and Bear Zone Top (BrZT).
Source shot
Discord / Liquidity Map overlay: Zone_to_Zone_Trades.png
Saved: https://verbonzone.com/ops-examples/matt-liquidity-map-sandwich-2026-09-25.png
Left setup — Bear Zone in the Middle (BzB sandwich)
Stack: BzB (low) → BrZT (middle) → BzB (high)
IP EST: BzB bounce → BrZT
LP EST: BrZT → upper BzB
Combined: BzB → BzB, exit at upper BzB
Rule: take the Bear Zone sandwich every single time
Right setup — Bull Zone in the Middle (split into two legs)
Stack: BrZT (low) → BzB (middle) → BrZT (high)
Leg 1: BrZT → BzB, then EXIT (BzB is a bounce, not a pass-through)
Wait: return tap / confirmation on that BzB
Leg 2: BzB bounce → upper BrZT
Core logic (from the slide)
BzB bounce → BrZT (IP) is EST, and BrZT → BzB (LP) is EST, so the two legs
combine into one BzB → BzB trade in flip-flop / transitional chop.
Always exit at BzB; wait for a return tap before re-entering toward BrZT.
When to use
- Today’s Liquidity Map focus on stream
- Choppy / transitional markets where zones flip-flop
- Desk checklist beside the day’s price levels

[2026-09-23] Matt Rocket Scooter chart indicators — the usual six
Purpose
Quick list of the studies Matt typically loads on Rocket Scooter charts
(the ones that show on the chart’s indicator / studies list — a different
page from the price-level lines alone).
The six studies
1. Liquidity Map
2. VARIS (often anchored at 6:00 PM Globex)
3. Dynamic HP (dynamic hedge pressure)
4. Volume SMA 9
5. Resilience (lower pane — NQ100 / SP500)
6. Arb (lower pane — NQ100 / SP500)
Also on the platform (levels / numbers — not counted as those six studies)
- DD bands
- Rocket / yellow HV pivots
- MHP
- Half-gap / gap marks
- RI number from the bottom table (needed for VARIS)
When to use
- Matching Matt’s chart stack
- Explaining what is on stream vs what is a platform level
- Building or checking a VerbonZone / TradingView overlay set
Notes
- VARIS needs today’s RI from Rocket Scooter (or Discord when platform is dark).
- Resilience + Arb are confluence; location still comes from levels + VWAP/VARIS.
[2026-09-23] Matt Discord holiday / offline levels images
Purpose
On holidays (and anytime Rocket Scooter / normal level feeds are unavailable),
Matt sometimes posts NQ and ES level screenshots on Discord. This entry documents
WHERE those files live so we can find them without hunting.
When to use
- Market holiday
- Matt posts levels on Discord instead of (or in addition to) the usual flow
- Only if Matt actually posts them — do not invent levels
Discord path (exact navigation)
Discord
→ Server: "Trading With Matt"
→ Channel group: "Bots and Extra Tools"
→ Channel: "#-futures-p-dyn"
→ File / post folder name pattern: "RS_Matt -mm/dd/yy"
→ Contents: Image.png (and similar chart screenshots of levels)
What the images look like (example set saved with this entry)
Thinkorswim-style stacked charts, drawing set often labeled "EST MPC".
Horizontal "Price Level" lines with dollar values on /NQ and /ES (1h).
Example A (stacked /NQ over /ES) — sample levels read from the shot:
/NQ cyan Price Level1 $29663.96
/NQ orange Price Level1 $29601.79
/ES cyan Price Level2 $7723.35
(ES lower level may be clipped in the stack shot)
Example B (/ES detail + companion /NQ detail in same style):
/ES cyan Price Level2 $7723.35
/ES orange Price Level2 $7663.25
(companion NQ detail may show Level2 pairs near price; re-read the live

Notes
- Levels are session-specific; the Discord path is durable, the numbers are not.
- Prefer reading the newest "RS_Matt -mm/dd/yy" post for the day you need.
- Micros: same structure applies conceptually to MNQ/MES; Matt’s posts shown
here use /NQ and /ES full-size symbols.
