MFFU Builder 50K

VerbonZone rules page. MyFundedFutures (myfundedfutures.com) Builder plan, 50K size.
Compiled 2026-10-06 from MFFU's official plan page and help center.
Rechecked 2026-10-08 (about 3:45 PM CT). Nothing below was guessed. If a rule was not on the pages I found, this
page says so. PropScore (propscore.co) was used only as a cross-check.
Sister page: MFFU Studio #001 (10K Static)

Builder 50K comes in two versions, picked at checkout:
Default = $2,000 max loss limit (MLL) [PropScore name: Builder 2000]
Add-On = $1,500 max loss limit (MLL) [PropScore name: Builder 1500]
Everything else (target, contracts, payouts, live rules) is the same.

Rules change often; verify at the firm's site before relying on them.
Not financial advice.

How the Builder program works
Three stages: Evaluation, then Sim Funded, then Live Funded.

- Stage 1, Evaluation: hit $3,000 profit with at least 1 trading day
logged, without touching the max loss limit. No consistency rule.
- Stage 2, Sim Funded: starts at $0 balance. Trade up to 5 approved
payout cycles. 50% consistency rule on each payout cycle.
- Stage 3, Live Funded: after the 5th approved sim payout you are
promoted to a live account at Blue Row Capital. Daily payouts, 80/20,
  no consistency rule.

- MFFU calls the payouts a 'ladder': five sim payouts of up to $2,000
  each, then live. Maximum sim payouts gross = 5 x $2,000 = $10,000
  ($8,000 to you at 80%).
- The payout policy page lists other live triggers too: 5 consecutive
payouts, reaching the total sim cap of $100k, or Risk Team discretion.
- You cannot refuse the move to live once selected (Live FAQ).

Price and fees
- List price: $153 (Default, $2,000 MLL) or $125 (Add-On, $1,500 MLL).
The plan page's product data also shows $153 for the 50K.
- One-time payment, no renewals. MFFU moved all new purchases to a
one-time payment model on Aug 25, 2026. Older subscribers keep their
old monthly billing and renewal rules.
- Activation fee: $0 on all MFFU plans. Nothing is charged after you pass.
- Current discount code (coupons page): CLUB, 40% off, works on Rapid,
Builder, Rapid EOD and Pro, number of uses 'Unlimited', start date
  Aug 25, 2026. 40% off $153 = $91.80. The plan page says 'Starting at
  $92, based on current promotions'.
- The coupons page also says 'New to MFFU? Get 50% off your first eval.'
It does not give a separate code for that, so I could not confirm it.
- CONFLICT: the Builder 50K help guide (updated Aug 24, 2026) lists
  '30% OFF' prices ($107 / $87) and '40% OFF - 2 uses only' ($92 / $75).
The coupons page says CLUB is unlimited uses. Check at checkout.
- PropScore cross-check lists code SCORE, 40% off, unlimited uses, giving
$91.80 for Builder 2000 and $75 for Builder 1500. Not an MFFU page.
- Commissions (round trip, from MFFU's instrument list): MES $1.90,
  MNQ $1.90, M2K $1.90, MGC $2.20, ES $4.68, NQ $4.68, RTY $4.68,
  GC $5.12.
- Data fees during evaluation and sim funded: not stated on the official
pages I found. PropScore lists $0 data/misc fee. On LIVE accounts the
exchange data fee is deducted from your live balance on the first
  trading day of each month.

Refunds:
- Official Cancellation Policy page: refund only if no trading activity
(no trades, no positions, no market data access) and requested within
  14 days. Refund = amount paid minus a non-refundable $75 fee. Resets,
market data and platform fees are non-refundable after that.
- CONFLICT: the help article 'Refund & Cancellation Policy' says a FULL
refund is available within 14 days if no trades were placed. The
Cancellation Policy page (part of the Terms) says minus $75. Assume
  the $75 fee applies.
- Breached accounts are not refundable. Crypto purchases are not
  refundable.
- Cancelling ends access to all MFFU dashboards immediately.

Resets
- Builder 50K reset price: not stated on the official pages I found.
- MFFU's resets article says resets still work the same way for all
accounts after the one-time payment change. A reset restores the
starting balance and starts your progress over.
- MFFU's old reset price page (8276273) now returns 'page doesn't exist'.
An older search snapshot of it listed Rapid, Flex and Pro reset prices
  only, no Builder price.
- Resets are blocked during a 21-day live breach cooldown.
- Third-party site bidtheask.com says 'One-time payment, no resets
needed'. Not official. Check the dashboard for an actual reset price.

Phase 1: Evaluation rules
Profit Target
$3,000 (same for Default and Add-On).

Max Drawdown (Max Loss Limit, MLL)
  Default: $2,000, starting floor $48,000
  Add-On: $1,500, starting floor $48,500
Type: End of Day (EOD) trailing.
  - The floor does not move intraday. It only moves up after the
session closes, based on where the account closed.
  - It trails up as the account makes new end-of-day highs and never
    moves down.
  - Lock: the MLL locks permanently once it reaches $100 above the
starting balance, so the floor stops at $50,100. On Default that
happens when the account closes a day at $52,100 or more; on
    Add-On at $51,600 or more.
  - MFFU example ($2,000): start $50,000, floor $48,000. Close a day at
$51,000 and the floor becomes $49,000.
  - Open trades count. The Builder guide says open equity losses count
when checking the rule at the end of the day. The EOD Drawdown page
goes further: if an open position dips the balance below the
minimum balance, the evaluation fails. Treat the floor as live
intraday (including open P&L) even though it only moves at EOD.

Daily Drawdown (Daily Loss Limit, DLL)
$1,000, SOFT PAUSE (same on Default and Add-On).
  - When the session reaches $1,000 down, trading pauses until the next
session. The account is NOT breached.
  - Whether the $1,000 counts open P&L or closed P&L only: not stated.
  - CONFLICT: MFFU's Payout Policy page says 'No daily loss limits on
Builder, Rapid or Pro plans', and the older EOD Drawdown page says
MFFU has no daily drawdown. The Builder plan page and Builder guide
(and PropScore) say $1,000 soft pause. Go with $1,000.

Max Contracts
  4 minis / 40 micros. Metals: 5 micros max on a 50K (see Contracts).

Consistency
None in the evaluation. You can pass in a single day.

Required Trading Days
1 day minimum (Builder guide, plan page rules table, Traders
Evaluation Simplified, Consistency Rule page, PropScore).
CONFLICT: the plan page's summary cards say 'One phase - min 2 days'
for both the Evaluation and Funded stage. Every rules table on the
same page says 1 day. The 2-day number matches the funded payout
cycle, so the card looks like a copy error.

Trading Day Requirements
  - What counts as a trading day is not defined on the Builder pages.
The MFFU trading day runs from the 6:00 PM ET Globex open to the
4:10 PM ET close (5:00 PM to 3:10 PM CT).
  - Passing is checked on your end-of-day balance. You get an email when
you pass; some accounts get a short review (typically under 24
hours). Then you can 'insta-upgrade' to Sim Funded from the
dashboard. dxFeed accounts get sim funded credentials the same day.

Time limit
None stated. But new one-time-payment accounts (bought on or after
Aug 25, 2026) can be closed after 7 consecutive calendar days with no
trade, and the Builder plan page lists a 7-day inactivity rule in the
evaluation table too. Tell Support if you will be away more than 7
  days.

Consistency rule details
- Evaluation: none.
- Sim Funded: 50%. Your single largest profit day in a payout cycle
cannot be more than 50% of your total profits in that cycle.
- Checked when you request a payout. Resets fully after each approved
  payout.
- MFFU example: $1,000 net profit since the last payout means your best
day cannot be over $500. If it is, trade more days until it fits.
- Exceeding consistency does not breach the account; you just trade
more days before you can request.
- Live: no consistency rule.
- Whether 'total profits' means net profit or sum of winning days: the
Builder guide example uses 'total net profits since the last payout',
so assume NET (losing days reduce the total and make the rule harder).

Phase 2: Sim Funded
Starting balance: $0 (the balance can go negative; that is normal)
Max drawdown (MLL): $2,000 Default / $1,500 Add-On, EOD trailing
Starting floor: -$2,000 Default / -$1,500 Add-On
MLL lock level: $100 (floor locks at +$100)
Daily loss limit: $1,000 soft pause
Max contracts: 4 minis / 40 micros (metals 5 micros)
Consistency: 50% per payout cycle
Active accounts: 1 Builder 50K sim funded per user
Inactivity: closed after 7 consecutive calendar days with no trade
News trading: allowed (unrestricted, including Tier 1)
2% price limit rule: applies (see Trading hours section)

- Floor locks at +$100 once the account closes a day at $2,100 (Default)
or $1,600 (Add-On). That is the same number as the payout buffer.
- Payout Policy page: after your first payout, the MLL resets to $100.
- If the sim funded account is breached, the earliest a new sim funded
account can be activated is the next trading day. Per the plan page
FAQ, a sim funded MLL breach ends the account and you start a new
  evaluation.
- Your sim account name will include 'SIM'; same login credentials.

Payouts
Frequency: every 48 hours. First request allowed 48 hours after
your first sim funded trade, if all criteria are met.
Buffer: $2,100 Default / $1,600 Add-On (MLL + $100). Must be
                    fully cleared before any request.
First payout: at least $500 net profit ABOVE the buffer. Default
                    needs a $2,600 balance; Add-On needs $2,100.
Later payouts: at least $500 net profit since the last approved
                    payout.
Qualifying days: at least 2 trading days in the current cycle.
No minimum profit per day ('winning day') is stated
                    for Builder.
Consistency: 50% (see above).
Minimum payout: $500
Maximum payout: $2,000 per cycle
Number of payouts: 5 sim payouts, then promotion to live
Profit split: 80% trader / 20% MFFU
Processing: most approved instantly; a manual review can take
6 to 12 business hours on weekdays
Paid through: Riseworks (bank transfer or crypto). Plaid/ACH
available for US traders. KYC required first. First
payout needs agreements signed in Riseworks.

MFFU payout example ($2,000 MLL): $3,600 total sim profit. Buffer $2,100
cleared, $1,500 above it, request $1,500, trader receives $1,200.

Only the amount above the buffer can be withdrawn.

Phase 3: Live Funded (Blue Row Capital)
Promotion: after the 5th approved sim payout
Max drawdown:         $2,000 Default / $1,500 Add-On, EOD trailing;
becomes static once the MLL reaches $0
Daily loss limit: $1,000 (soft or hard not stated for live)
Profit split: 80% trader / 20% MFFU
Payouts: daily; minimum $250
Consistency: none
Max live accounts: 1
Inactivity: none on live
Breach: 21-day cooldown (see below)

Live FAQ details (generic live page, updated Nov 10, 2025):
- Payout requests must be in before 11:00 AM ET (10:00 AM CT) to be
processed the same day. One payout per day.
- On your very first live day, wait until end of day to request.
- After you request a payout, your available contracts are set to 0
until it is approved and paid. You cannot trade in between.
- Live positions are auto-closed before 4:10 PM ET; live traders are not
  breached for that.
- No limit on number of trades per day or week.
- News trading allowed on live, but MFFU 'heavily' advises against it.
- Microscalping and DCA are explicitly allowed on live.
- Exchange data fee is deducted from the live balance on the first
  trading day of each month.
- You can ask to lower your DLL anytime; contract/DLL increases can be
  reviewed after 2 weeks live.
- Sim evaluations stay dormant while you are live.
- Live account setup typically takes 2 to 4 business days.

21-day live breach cooldown:
- No sim funded trading, no new evaluation purchases, no resets, no
new accounts for 21 calendar days. After that, restrictions lift.

CONFLICT: the generic Live FAQ says live max drawdown is static with a
$140 minimum balance (example: a $5,000 account). The Builder plan page
and Builder guide say $2,000 / $1,500 EOD trailing, static once the MLL
reaches $0. The Builder pages are newer and plan-specific; go with them.

Contracts and scaling
Evaluation: 4 minis / 40 micros
Sim Funded: 4 minis / 40 micros
Live: no set scaling plan; set one on one with the risk manager
Scaling plan in eval or sim: none stated for Builder.

- METALS LIMIT (since April 17): a 50K account can trade at most 5 micro
contracts on metals. That means MGC is capped at 5, not 40.
- Restricted products (since Feb 7, temporary): Silver (SI), Copper (HG),
Platinum (PL), Natural Gas (NG), E-mini Natural Gas (QG). Gold (GC)
and Micro Gold (MGC) are not on the restricted list.
- MBT (Micro Bitcoin) is treated as a mini contract.
- Cross-instrument rule: an order over the size limit on one instrument
is rejected. Mixing minis and micros (for example minis plus micros
that together exceed the limit) may execute but is NOT allowed and can
breach the account. Deliberately getting around size limits is a
  breach.
- How minis and micros combine toward the 4 / 40 limit (1 mini = 10
micros?) is not spelled out for Builder. Safe reading: stay within one
  limit in total.

Trading hours, news, and other restrictions
- Hours: trades may be placed from 6:00 PM ET (Globex open) until
4:10 PM ET (5:00 PM to 3:10 PM CT).
- Flat by: all positions must be closed before the session ends. Open
positions are automatically closed at 4:10 PM ET on regular days.
- Do NOT keep re-sending orders after 4:10 PM ET; MFFU says that can
sometimes go through and disqualify the account.
- Holidays: auto-liquidation does NOT happen at the early holiday close.
You must close yourself; failing to close before the market closes
  breaches the account.
- Overnight and weekend holding: not allowed.
- Illiquid hours are allowed at your own discretion.
- News: Builder Plans and all evaluations are 'unrestricted' for Tier 1
news (FOMC, FOMC Minutes, Employment Report, CPI; EIA for energy; Ag
reports for ags). The Builder guide says you can open and hold
positions through any scheduled news event.
- Still prohibited around news (all accounts): straddles or strangles
that exploit the news burst, and disguising news trades.
- CONFLICT: the News Trading Policy page also has a 'Standard Trading
Protocols' line saying no open positions or orders 2 minutes before
and after ANY data release, 'for all news releases', and the Fair Play
page lists Tier 1 data trading as 'restricted'. The same News page
then names Builder Plans as unrestricted. The Builder guide wins, but
confirm with Support if you plan to scalp the 8:30 release.
- 2% price limit rule (Sim Funded and Live): no trading while a product
is within 2% of its CME price limit. Equity index overnight: CME limit
7%, so stop at 5% net change. Watch the % Net Change column.

Scalping notes (fast trades)
- Minimum hold time: none stated anywhere I found. No rule says a trade
must last a certain number of seconds.
- Microscalping: explicitly allowed on LIVE accounts (MFFU's own example
is a 5-second trade). For evaluation and sim funded it is not
  addressed by name.
- Things that can catch a fast scalper in sim (Fair Play page):
  * High-frequency trading is not allowed.
  * 'Exploiting the absence of slippage and utilizing tight brackets to
gain from favorable fills' is not permitted.
  * Placing multiple limit orders at the same price at the same time to
    manipulate fills is prohibited.
  * Trading gapped or illiquid markets for isolated fills is not allowed.
  * Automated strategies are OK only if they do not aim to exploit
    simulated fills.
- Terms 12.4: you must keep consistent position sizing, trade frequency
and risk. Opening far more or far fewer positions than your history,
or much larger size, can be treated as not meeting risk standards.
- Consequences: profits from prohibited practices are confiscated;
passed evaluations are reviewed and may not be funded; accounts can
  be terminated without refund.
- Bottom line: ordinary manual scalping is not banned, but very short,
tight-bracket trades that rely on perfect sim fills are exactly what
the Fair Play page targets. MFFU decides at its own discretion.

Allowed, prohibited, and account-closure rules
- Hedging: prohibited of any kind. No long and short on the same
underlying at the same time (for example NQ and MNQ, or ES and MES).
Hedging across unrelated assets is permitted but heavy reliance on it
is frowned on. Using multiple accounts to hedge is prohibited (Terms).
- Copy trading: allowed across all account types (your own accounts).
Tradesyncer is the preferred copier; Tradovate's group copier and
outside copiers also allowed. You take full responsibility; no resets
or support for copier problems. Copying another trader's trades is
  prohibited.
- Only the account owner may trade the account. No shared devices (do
not use the same PC or phone as another trader). Breach risk.
- Collaborating with others to run identical or opposite strategies
  across accounts is prohibited.
- DCA: allowed on live (with a warning). Not addressed for eval or sim.
- CME rules apply to everything.
- Multiple accounts:
  * Builder 50K: maximum 1 sim funded account per user. The plan page
says '1 Builder Account per user' and its FAQ says 'one active
Builder account per user... not for stacking multiple evals'.
  * General MFFU limits: up to 10 active evaluations; up to 5 sim funded
if all are 25K/50K; 3 total if any 100K/150K is held. The Builder 50K
plan limit of 1 applies even if the general limit allows more.
  * Max live accounts: 1.
  * CONFLICT: whether you can hold more than one Builder 50K EVALUATION
at once is unclear (general limit 10 vs Builder 'one account per
    user'). Assume one.
- Restricted countries apply (see the restricted countries page).
- Account closes on: MLL breach, inactivity (7 days, eval and sim on
one-time accounts), holiday position left open past the close,
  prohibited conduct, cross-instrument limit abuse.

What I could not confirm
- Builder 50K reset price.
- Data fees during evaluation and sim funded (live: monthly exchange fee).
- Whether the $1,000 daily loss limit counts open P&L, and whether the
live DLL is a soft pause or a hard breach.
- What counts as a 'qualifying day' for payouts (no minimum daily profit
  is stated).
- How minis and micros combine toward the 4 / 40 contract limit.
- Whether microscalping is allowed in eval and sim funded by name (only
live is addressed; no minimum hold time is stated anywhere).
- Whether more than one Builder 50K evaluation can be held at once.
- The '50% off your first eval' offer (no separate code shown).
- Whether CLUB is unlimited uses (coupons page) or 2 uses (help guide).
