How the Launch program works
Launch is BluSky's lowest-cost entry plan. You pay a monthly subscription
while you trade the evaluation. A one-time Launch fee is charged only
after you pass. There are three phases: Evaluation, Buffer Zone, then Sim
Funded. Live Brokerage is a later step.

- Phase 1, Evaluation: reach the profit target, stay above the drawdown,
stay inside the 50% consistency rule.
- Phase 2, Buffer Zone: smaller target, 34% consistency, no daily loss
limit. Not an evaluation step; it builds the balance that carries into
  Sim Funded.
- Phase 3, Sim Funded: no profit target, no consistency rule, withdrawals
  enabled.
- Phase 4, Brokerage: minimum static drawdown (not on the dashboard yet,
  per BluSky).

Price and fees
- Launch fee: $99. Charged when you pass the evaluation, not when you buy.
You have 14 days to pay it from the Billing section of the members area.
If it is not paid by the due date, the account expires immediately and
the passed evaluation is lost. It cannot be reinstated, and no reset or
  renewal brings it back.
- Subscription: billed every 30 calendar days while in the evaluation. The
price you paid at purchase (including any discount code) is what renews.
It auto-renews even if the account has hit max drawdown, unless you
cancel in the Billing section before renewal.
- Passing the evaluation stops billing. Nothing is charged during the
  Buffer Zone or Sim Funded.
- The monthly price itself is not stated on the help center pages I found.
Third-party review sites list $59 per month for 50K. Check blusky.pro
  for the current price.
- No refunds on purchases, renewals, or resets. No refunds for platform,
data, or technology errors, or for buying the wrong plan. Cancel before
the market closes the day before renewal to avoid the next charge.

Resets
- Evaluation reset: $49. It clears days traded, balance, and rules by
  creating a fresh evaluation account.
- A reset does not move or extend your 30-day renewal date.
- Free reset: if the evaluation has failed when the subscription renews,
it is reset automatically within about an hour of payment. Sometimes you
must ask Support. If renewal is close, waiting for it can save the reset
  fee.
- Buffer Zone reset: $250 each for the first three, $300 for resets 4 to
6, $350 for 7 to 9, and so on (up $50 per three). Only the Buffer Zone
  resets; the passed evaluation stands.
- Sim Funded account resets: the Sim Funded reset page lists prices for
Advanced, Premium, Premium+, Static and Blu+ plans only. A Launch price
is not stated on the pages I found. It also says resets are not
available once a payout has been taken.

Phase 1: Evaluation rules
Profit target: $3,000
Drawdown: $2,000 trailing, end of day (EOD)
Daily loss limit: none
Consistency: 50% (largest profitable day vs sum of profitable days)
Largest single day: $1,500 (50% of target)
Max contracts: 5 minis / 50 micros
Minimum days: no flat minimum number is stated on the Launch page.
The 50% rule means at least 2 profitable days.
BluSky's What to Expect page says minimum trading
days are low, 2 to 4 depending on account type.
Time limit: no deadline stated. The subscription renews every 30 days.
An active account is not reset at renewal.

The only way to fail the evaluation is to fall below the minimum balance
(EOD trailing drawdown). Per BluSky, the balance level trails your highest
end-of-day balance, goes up with profit, never goes down with losses, and
is calculated from your starting balance at 6PM. If the balance touches
the minimum at any point, the evaluation fails.

BluSky's example (50K account):
Starts with a 48,000 minimum balance. If the EOD balance reaches 50,750,
the new minimum is 48,750. A later trade that closes back at 50,300
  leaves the minimum at 48,750.

Whether and where the trailing level locks (stops trailing) in the Launch
evaluation is not stated on the pages I found.

  https://help.blusky.pro/en/articles/12434059-evaluation-rules

Consistency rule details
- Launch evaluation: 50%. Buffer Zone: 34%. Sim Funded: none.
- Launch page method: your largest single profitable day is compared to
the SUM OF YOUR PROFITABLE DAYS. Losing days are left out.
- Example from BluSky: days of +1000, +900, -600, +900, +600. Profitable
days sum to 3,400. Biggest day 1,000 is 29.4%. Counting net profit
instead (2,800) would make it 35.7%.
- Because of the 50% rule, a $3,000 target needs at least 2 profitable
days; no day over $1,500 counts as consistent against the target.
- Being out of consistency does NOT fail the account. It is checked when
you request a payout or try to pass a phase. Keep trading profitably to
  bring the percentage down.
- CONFLICT between BluSky pages: the Consistency Rule and Evaluation Rules
pages describe the check as highest profit day divided by total profit
(or as a percent of the target). The Launch page says sum of profitable
days. The Launch page is the plan-specific one, so I used it, but
  confirm with Support.

Phase 2: Buffer Zone
Profit target: $3,000
Drawdown: $2,000 trailing, end of day (EOD)
Daily loss limit: none
Consistency: 34% (largest day max $1,020)
Reset if failed: $250 (first three), then $300, $350, ...

Stop trading when you reach the Buffer target and close all positions.
BluSky says excess earnings are not transferred to Sim Funded. The Buffer
is not withdrawable and does not count toward the $10,000 Brokerage
threshold.

The Buffer page says there is no setup fee after the evaluation, with an
exception for Launch plans (the Launch fee). Per What to Expect, the
Buffer account is typically set up the same evening after 6PM ET once you
pass.

Phase 3: Sim Funded
Profit target: none
Consistency: none
Starting balance: $3,000
Minimum balance: $100 (as shown in the Launch page table)
Payout minimum: $500
7-day payout cap: $2,500 (rolling 7 days)
Profit split: 90% trader / 10% BluSky
Stop for the day: at $5,000 profit in a day
Stop for the week: at $10,000 profit in a week (may trigger a review)
Brokerage review: at $10,000 total profit (profit plus payouts)

- Sim Funded stays simulated, but the profits are real and withdrawable.
Orders do not reach the live market until Live Brokerage.
- You may hold up to 3 Sim Funded accounts at once (across all plan
  types).
- Contract limits, risk controls, reviews, and activity requirements still
  apply.
- The $500 whole-dollar minimum and 'one meaningful trade between payouts'
rules appear on the Sim Funded pages. Flipping contracts to make a trade
  does not count.
- Once you submit a payout request, stop trading until the funds are
  removed from the account.
- Breaching drawdown on 3 or more Sim Funded or Live accounts may limit
  you to one active account.

Gaps and conflicts:
- The 'Minimum balance $100' column on the Launch page is not explained
there. BluSky's Sim Funded Processing page shows a static minimum
balance of $100 for non-Launch plans but says it does not apply to
Launch plans. Treat it as unclear.
- The Sim Funded Payouts page lists a general maximum of up to $3,000 per
week by account size. The Launch page gives $2,500 for 50K.
- Sim Funded Rules page sentence on minimum payout: a payout needs the
balance above the starting balance by $500.

Contracts and scaling
Evaluation / Launch page: 5 minis / 50 micros
Sim Funded contract limits for Launch: not stated for Launch specifically.

- BluSky says evaluation contract sizes are NOT the same as Sim Funded and
Live sizes. Contracts are scaled down to fit margin and balance.
- Sim Funded Rules page: initial limits generally fall in micros 15 to 30
and E-minis 1 to 3. You can request an increase via Support after
  consistent growth.
- Scaling page: most Sim Funded accounts start at 5 minis and 50 micros,
adjusted as the account grows. Margin reference by balance: $1,500 = 1
  mini / 15 micros; $2,000 = 2 / 20; $3,000 = 3 / 30; $3,500 = 3 / 35.
- The Buffer page lists Sim Funded maximums of 5 minis / 50 micros for the
Premium 50K and Premium+ 100K plans (not Launch).
- CONFLICT: the pages above give different starting contract numbers for
Sim Funded. Your actual limits are the ones shown on your account.
- Limits can decrease as your balance drops, and any increase may come
  with a higher static drawdown.
- Evaluation contract overage does not fail the account, but BluSky can
auto-limit size, and may liquidate, restart the account, or deny
Brokerage if it detects you exceeding terms.

Trading hours, news, and other restrictions
- News: trading news events is allowed 'at your own risk'. It does not
  fail the account.
- Hours: BluSky recommends closing all trades before 4:45PM ET (the pages
write EST). The system tries to auto-liquidate about 15 minutes before
the close but says this is not guaranteed. BluSky will not adjust
accounts with positions open after 5PM ET. A loss from a position held
through the close can fail the account.
- Trading overnight or exact allowed sessions: not stated on the pages I
  found beyond the above.
- Do not hold positions when a product's price is within 2% of its lock
  limit.
- Risk Team can add daily loss limits, contract limits, intraday pauses,
or reviews on Sim Funded and Brokerage accounts at its discretion.
- Do not trade a Sim Funded or Brokerage account while it is under review.
Reviews take up to 5 to 7 trading days. Trading during one may mean
automatic account loss, and payouts are on hold.

(live account starts at $0, drawdown based on your qualifying size,
eligible Sim Funded profit goes into a Bonus Vault) or take a one-time
buyout of 50% of your drawdown. Example: 50% of a $2,000 drawdown is
$1,000. A cooldown applies before returning to evaluations.
- Bonus Vault: $1,000 cash bonus per $10,000 of Live payouts withdrawn,
until the vault is empty. Forfeited if the Live account closes or
  breaches.
- If a broker denies your Brokerage application, the account closes and
  Sim profits are forfeited.
- A page elsewhere mentions a $100 profit-threshold for Orbit accounts.
That does not apply to Launch.

Allowed, prohibited, and account-closure rules
- Unlimited evaluation accounts of any combination. Trade copier is
allowed for Launch accounts per BluSky's multi-account page. Funded
accounts: up to 3 Sim Funded.
- Wash-trade style activity is prohibited. Do not go long in one account
and short in another under your user ID. In Sim or Live this may mean
  permanent closure.
- Prohibited conduct: exploiting glitches or latency, spoofing, off-market
trades, delayed or outside data feeds, coordinated manipulation across
accounts, mirroring another trader or signal provider, account cycling,
intentional failure, and gaming or non-commercial trading patterns.
- Automation: the conduct policy bans AI, ultra-high-speed, or bulk data
entry software used to unfairly influence outcomes. Whether ordinary
trade automation is allowed is not stated on the pages I found.
- Consequences are case by case: warning, deleted trading days, mandatory
reset, suspension or termination, and delayed or denied payouts.
- Evaluation closes (fails) when the EOD trailing minimum balance is
touched. Launch fee not paid within 14 days closes a passed evaluation
  permanently.
- Sim Funded and Brokerage: drawdown breach, review violations, Broker
denial, or conduct violations can close the account.
- Reasonable withdrawals: BluSky may decline future evaluations if you
create accounts only to cash out and close them.

Platforms and data (Tradovate compatibility)
- Tradovate-compatible platforms listed by BluSky: NinjaTrader Prop,
Tradovate Prop, TradingView, Jigsaw, Bookmap. Brokerage partner on
  Tradovate accounts: Tradovate.
- Other platform families BluSky supports: Rithmic (R|Trader Pro,
Quantower, ATAS, Sierra Chart, MotiveWave, NinjaTrader on Rithmic, and
others) and Volumetrica (VolSys / Deepchart, VolBook / Deepdom).
Brokerage partner there: Sweet Futures. TradingView is also named as a
  Tradovate option.
- Which platforms Launch accounts can use specifically: not stated on the
pages I found. BluSky's help pages cover Launch in the same plan list as
other evaluations, and the homepage lets you pick a platform at
  checkout.
- Tradovate drawdown tracking: add the 'Drawdown Auto Liq Level' and 'Dist
Drawdown Net Liq' columns to the Accounts module. The Evaluation Rules
page also names the 'Drawdown Auto Liq' column. (Rithmic users use 'Auto
Liquidate Threshold Value' in R|Trader Pro.)
- Tradovate scaling: Tradovate Sim Funded accounts run on the same
software and principles as Live Brokerage. Margin scaling applies, and
Tradovate can scale size during news events. Rithmic and Volumetrica Sim
  Funded accounts do not scale.
- Data: Level 1 market data is included at no extra cost on Tradovate /
NinjaTrader. Data fees are included in Sim Funded. Whether data fees are
included in the Launch evaluation: not stated on the pages I found. CME
market data is limited for some countries on Tradovate (see source
  list).
- Commissions: Rithmic and Volumetrica evaluations are $2.00 per side for
minis and $0.50 per side for micros. Tradovate / NinjaTrader commissions
are on Tradovate's pricing page (the BluSky page shows per-product
tables). Funded commissions are set by the brokerage.
- Markets: Tradovate lists NQ, MNQ, ES, MES, YM, MYM, RTY, M2K, plus
metals and other futures. Availability on a specific BluSky account may
  differ.
